It has being cold for several days. I use to eat more vegetable; but I have eaten for many days “cooked salad”. I really would like to make a break from the Soya Sauce and some Chinese pickled food. I remember that once I ordered a chicken liver salad at an Italian restaurant. It was so delicious and amazing, totally knocked my tongue and stomach. The only defect is, it is too expensive. It is also very interesting that normally German people don’t eat much internal organs, but this restaurant offers this dish. It means obly how tasty it is. From my memory, the taste of this liver salad came to my mind, and my saliva almost dropped down. After I brought Michelle to kindergarten in the mornign, I could not wait to buy a pack of liver for cooking.
