When I was small, my mother sued to cook everyday; when it came to weekends or holidays, then my father cooked for us. He has good technique and knowledge for cooking, in my family everyone know about this. My father was a big man as a business person, though he is a very careful and attentive person in the kitchen. And her enjoyed a lot from cooking, also our compliments after eating. There was a dish that is always on my mind, each time when I have home sick and miss my family, Filled Tou Fu. He said, the best Tou Fu to make this dish is the traditional way made one, especially from the traditional markets. Some weeks ago, It was cold and snowing; out of my windows were always grey and helpless. I missed a lot my family and hometown, also the time when we were sitting together and had food together.
